Project Details:

Firestar came to Micstura to develop an ongoing market research program to evaluate, gauge, ideate and track the brands’ extensive product line and offerings.

We built a robust program to help them do just that… We collaborate on the project objectives and initiatives, we ideate on research design, and then Micstura takes it from there! We develop the interview/ discussion guide, the survey design, we program and deploy, as well as report on findings.

Over the course of the relationship, we’ve conducted one-on-one research remotely as well as online research to provide the team with recommendations and product testing to make go/ no-go decisions and product design suggestions.
