Sandals came to us looking for assistance in better understanding potential opportunities within a few of their key guest segments. We came highly recommended! We worked with the Sandals Marketing team to strategize on tactics to better target the Wedding guest segment. First, we conducted consumer market research to understand the thought-process of wedding planners. The research uncovered the importance drivers in choosing a destination and property, competitive positioning among other resorts, messaging opportunities that resonate with prospects and past guests as well as opportunities to increase revenue with these guests once on-property. From there, Team Micstura developed a comprehensive plan that included key insights about our segments, areas of strength, areas of opportunity and recommendations on how to improve targeting and repeat visitation with these guests.
